Grass Finished Katahdin Lamb

We raise a breed of sheep meant just for meat. They do not grow wool, instead they shed out naturally every spring. This means there is less lanolin in their fat , and lanolin is what gives lamb a gamey flavor. Our grass finished lamb is a sweet meat with all the health aspects that come from an all grass diet.

Stew Meat...........$12.00 per lb.

Kabob Meat..........$14.00 per lb.

Rib Chops............$18.00per lb.

Loin Chops...........$18.00 per lb.

Leg Chops...........$12.00per lb.

Shanks................$9.75 per lb.

Boneless Leg Roast..$14.00per lb.

Leg of Lamb Bone -In  $12.00per lb.

Shoulder Roast-Boneless(net wwrapped) $12.00lb Bone-In $10.50/lb.

Rack of Lamb $18.00per lb

Liver or Heart or kidney.........$3.00per lb.

 

Whole Lamb cut and wrapped to your specifications. $250.00for the lamb and you pay the processing fee. We will haul to the processor for you and then you can pick up your meat or we can pick up and deliver to you. Processing fees average $150.00 and up, depending on your cuts.

 

We sell live animals , $250.00 per animal.
