We raise a breed of sheep meant just for meat. They do not grow wool, instead they shed out naturally every spring. This means there is less lanolin in their fat , and lanolin is what gives lamb a gamey flavor. Our grass finished lamb is a sweet meat with all the health aspects that come from an all grass diet.

Liver or Heart or kidney.........$3.50per lb.
Whole Lamb cut and wrapped to your specifications. $300.00for the lamb and you pay the processing fee. We will haul to the processor for you and then you can pick up your meat or we can pick up and deliver to you. Processing fees average $150.00 and up, depending on your cuts.
We sell live animals , $300.00 per animal.
