Pastured Rabbit

2018 we have added Rabbits to our farm production. They are born in  hutches and kept with their mothers until they are 8 weeks old. After 8 weeks we move them to a large pen on grass to finish growing for at least another 2 months. They do have access to GMO free pelletized rabbit feed, but the majority of their food is the grass that they are hopping around on. We move their cage daily onto a fresh patch of pasture, just as we do our meat chickens.

Meat Rabbit - $14  per lb. Average size 2.5 pounds. We offer whole and cut-up rabbit.

Cut -up rabbit is $14.50/lb.
